Our client, an office furniture firm, faced a serious storage dilemma. Their warehouse was already at full capacity, and to make matters worse, their new furniture and cubicle shipment arrived three weeks early. The first hurricane of the month was in the Gulf and our retail client was stocking up on hurricane preparedness inventory. Their distribution center was over capacity creating a warehousing dilemma.
